Why did you come up with BoodieBoost?
Before I thought up BodieBoost, I tried a lot of diets. Every Monday I started again with a new diet and on Friday I gave up and ate everything that was loose and stuck. I was such a type that believed in all fables, for example that you come from bananas! Fortunately, I now know better and I do not let myself go crazy anymore. I have successfully lost 7 kilos and have been stable for more than four years by BodieBoost. That I finally have a stable weight is really a relief. When my environment also fell away with my method, the ball started to roll quickly and I noticed that I could really help people with it. And now there is a book! I am so grateful.
What is the basis of BodieBoost?
The BodieBoost method makes slimming fun and feasible. I have found a balance between good food and weight loss. I would rather call it a pitfall, which I also invaded. What you often see is that people give up quickly because they set too high expectations (eg I want to lose 5 kilos in a week). After one week they do not meet their expectations and give it up. Continuing is really essential for weight loss. If you want to live healthier or lose weight, it is important that you set and pursue feasible goals. I really helped a lot of girls in the past year who almost wanted to give up.
