Scientists claim that eating your breakfast before training can have a serious impact on the amount of weight lost during training sessions. Having breakfast before working out ensures that we eat more during the day
The explanation is fairly simple and it is linked to a brain reaction that causes the organism to compensate for the energy invested in the training session by making you feel hungry, making you want to eat more or move less through the rest of your body. day. The biological signal that your brain sends to your body tends to keep us from moving and encourages us to eat.



Therefore, the authors of this study suggest that it is better to skip breakfast before exercise to prevent this.



To gather valuable information to draw a relevant conclusion, 12 healthy and active men participated in this study on three separate mornings as follows. In the first morning, they ate a 430-calorie breakfast and rested for a few hours, while they were given the same oatmeal in the second morning, but practiced by riding the bike about an hour after the meal while in the last morning the participants skipped food before cycling.



Skipping breakfast before exercising speeds up the process of weight loss
To keep a close eye on their daily calories, each of the respondents received a basket of food from which to eat during the days of the study and they were asked to return the food that was left untouched.



The results show that those who did not eat before the exercise were only interested in more calories compared to previous laboratory visits. Towards the end of the day, the study shows that they reported an energy deficit of around 400 calories, meaning that they recovered part of the calories burned by exercise.



The research leader, Javier Gonzales, argues that this study is conclusive evidence that exercising before eating can no longer eat us during the day, leading to faster weight loss.
