1. Split a meal
When you meet your lunch with your bae, order one and share it instead of or order two plates. You save money and also reduce your portions, which is important for weight loss.

2. More activities in the bedroom
If you are used to the mission style, try new tricks. They don't have to be that complicated, but at least not the ordinary ones. You could even dance as part of the foreplay to make it spicier.

3. Do less of restaurant dates
How about swimming, walking or even cycling with bae? Do more of this instead of eating the other weekend.

4. Plan rewards
You can have goals and reward each other. For example, if your partner loses 5 kg, you can give him a gift and they will do the same. In this way you keep each other motivated.

When your partner hits a certain target, don't be jealous. Bodies are different and they can lose weight faster than you. Give them real compliments instead to help them keep moving.

6. Take photos
To make the trip interesting and memorable, take photos after two weeks.

At the weekend you can play golf with your partner or you can register for a salsa dance class.
